What are the My Account Self Care Services?
With My Account, an exclusive self care portal for our Jersey and Guernsey customers, you are free to fully manage your Airtel-Vodafone pay monthly account online, at your own convenience.
How much does it cost?
Not only is the subscription to My Account online self care service available free of cost, but with a secure My Account user ID you can now manage your pay monthly account like never before, with complete ease.
It’s packed with a host of helpful features to help you manage your Airtel-Vodafone monthly plan account better:
- Instant registration
- Stay in control. View and manage your bill
- View last 6 months bills. You can view your last 12 bills through My Account and print them for reference and use. You also get free itemised bills of the last 6 months.
What about if I make business as well as personal calls?
If you use your phone for personal and business purposes, with My Account you can analyse your usage and classify your calls as business or personal.
Can I receive bills by email?
Yes. If you’d like to do away with receiving paper bills and do your bit in preserving natural resources, just update your profile on My Account and specify your email address to register for E-bill. W will verify your email address and, for your added security, all E-bills will be password protected.
Can I view my tariff plan details online?
You can view your complete tariff plan details and, if you wish to upgrade to a newer plan, My Account helps you do just that. Log in a request for a tariff plan change and one of our Airtel-Vodafone Customer Care Centre staff will get in touch with you.
Am I able to monitor the status of any requests?
My Account provides you a channel to register your feedback about Airtel-Vodafone services, request for a new facility or view status of your earlier logged complaints/requests through My Account or the Customer Care Centre.
